Based on the performance tests of a 1025 t/h boiler in Da Late power plant, the current operation performance of the 1025 t/h boiler was find out and the energy saving potentials were further excavated. The maximum continuous load test can verify the maximum load that a boiler unit can achieve, and estimate the adaptability of boiler under accident situation. The minimum without oil combustion load test can assess the boiler combustion stability and the safety of the water wall. The optimization and adjustment test of milling system was to investigate the relationship between baffle opening angle and coal fineness in every coal miller, t his can be further used to optimal coal fineness. The research in boiler combustion adjustment test was to seek the optimal running mode in the load range from 50% MCR load to 100% MCR. The boiler operation and control curve was amended, which can provide basis for running management and on-line detection for power plant.
