| Condition based maintenance has become the trend of electric equipments maintenance,power transformer is a very important and valuable equipment in power system,it's safety running relative to electrified wire netting's power supply. Transformer condition evaluation is the basis of transformer condition based maintenance. As transformer is a complicated system,it's ageing,fault mechanism is complicated and uncertain,power transformer's condition assessment becomes a difficult work. This paper considered all the condition information of transformer and proposed a new method. First,according to《Preventive test code for electric power equipment》and experts'suggestion work out a relative assessment table, then change the tests data into grades; 0 means test data close or surpasses the attention value,100 means all test data are far away from the attention value or close to quality products. Transformer's health condition is divided into: good, general, attention, bad. Established a triangle membership function. Change the grade into member ship. Using fuzzy mathematics established a two levels model based on the fuzzy synthesis judgment. Formulated corresponding maintenance strategy according to the possible evaluates results, proposed some methods to enhance the power transformer reliability. |
