| Based on the platform of numerical simulation software Fluent, proceeding numerical simulation research on radiator and exterior flow field of air cooling platform of direct air-cooling units.With Spalart-Allmaras turbulent model, taking numerical simulation of radiator,analysing effect of fin type and ratio of length and width on heat-exchange efficiency ,and giving the concept of the optimal ratio of length and width;With standard k-e turbulent model,spreading numerical simulation of exterior flow field of air cooling platform,analysing the effect of velocity of wind,height of windbreak,height of air cooling platform.etc on heat-exchange efficiency of air cooling units,and coming to conclusion of the optimal height range of windbreak for specified model and the curve of air cooling platform's height vs heat-exchange efficiency. This has great reference value in design and economy operation of direct air-cooling units. |
