| The blades of a wind turbine rotor are generally regarded as the most critical components of the wind turbine system. It influences the properties, load, stability and price of the wind turbine generators system directly. It also influences the running cost of the wind turbine generators system. Therefore, it is very important to design a rotor with excellent properties.In this text, the 2.0MW rotor blade was designed. Within its process of design, blade design knowledge that I had learned in working process was applied, and with productions and experiences on blade design obtained in many years, the blade shape and structure was obtained primarily. With uses CATIA, the three dimensions modeling software, and Patran, the finite element calculation software, the accurate finite element analyses model was established, and accurate calculation result was obtained. Finally, the blade tests was used to verify the correctness and applicability of the blade design method. |
