| Bailey truss structure have many characteristics about simple in structure, easy to transport, set up fast, big load-carrying capacity, and repeatedly used. They are used more and more widely in bridge construction process as a temporary scaffold component. In contemporary bridge construction, Bailey truss structure have more exceeded the scope of temporary bridge. As China's long-span bridges of rapid development, large-scale, high in the stent in the construction of the applications are increasingly widespread, and this stent is slender structure, its stability and strength issues are equally important and some times even the most important, so it is necessary to study the stability of the similar stent.This papers based on the southern bridge approach of Yudong Yangtze River Bridge,which used the continuous cast-in-place box girder construction process on Bailey beams stent, Analysis its stability to the average height of 36 meters of column-Buttress Bailey and Bailey beam stent. Solving stent-reaction force under the different conditions of cast-in-place box girder with Dr 3.0 bridge finite element analysis software,this counter-force apply to the Bailey stent beams which establish by ANSYS9.0 finite element analysis software and simulate actual construction process and mechanical characteristics,then it checks stability of the Bailey stent during the construction process,extracts the relevant stability coefficient and the corresponding instability modes, the final analysis of the factors which may affect the stability of Bailey stent and give some recommendations to prevent such instability Bailey stent. |
