These diseases on the traffic of comfort and security have had very serious implications, not to be ignored. Asphalt pavement voidage and permeability of water into the road is the key factor. Therefore, it is very meaningful that research voidage and permeability of asphalt mixture road performance of the impact, considering the northeast quarter of the frozen areas of special environmental features.In this paper, in view of the northeast quarter of the actual environment to freeze the situation, learn from and summed up the domestic and international advanced experience and test methods, from the asphalt mixture of the voidage and permeability and comprehensive consideration of environmental factors, researching Voidage permeable asphalt pavement on the road performance of the impact. Hope through this research work, to the asphalt pavement design and construction to provide a basis for guiding.
