| As the rapid development of the truck crane,turntable as one of the three major pieces of structure in the design should pay a high degree of concern and attention.The basic ideology of parameters design is aim at the actual production design, but for the same type of different specifications products,the only difference in the actual design lies in the choices of several specific key technology. In view of such characteristics, we prepare certain procedures,make the computer complete the requirements automatically, set out in the design of the products, modify the design of the relevant parameters from other parts of the computer to complete.Generally, in the course of the design of the truck crane turntable structure components, it is difficult for common designers to check and compute, efficiently and effectively, the mechanics performance of the existence structures with the existence finite element analysis software. Being familiar with the operations of the software is only the most superficial parts of work, it is more important to simplify the mechanic aspects of the existence structures. Specifically, establishing the finite element analysis model quickly and correctly of the concrete structures needs lots of energy and experiences.The program of PMS is a special modeling program developed for the turntable of the truck crane industry. The implement of this program makes the turntable designers disentangled from the boring and mixed modeling work, and makes the designers concentrate on the design and improvement of the turntable structure, but not the mechanics analysis. By running the PMS program, designers will soon achieve the results of the designs or improvements, which will provide trustful data foundations of the new designs and improvements.The development of the PMS program has been finished in seven months, with six steps for the guarantee of the validity, reliability and practicability of the program:Step 1: going to Changsha Heavy Machinery Corporation and cooperating with the designers, we manually fined the finite element model of the QAY350 truck crane turntable structure components and had a technological communication with the designers.Step 2: going back to our university, we do the linear static force analysis to the whole turntable structure components under computing situations and we finished the structural analysis report, with the help of the designers. Step 3: on the basis of the QAY350 truck crane turntable structure, the designers and us abstracted the structure parameters, section parameters and load parameters of the turntable structure components, and formed a table of series parameters.Step 4: going back to the Changsha Heavy Machinery Corporation, we had a stress testing of the QAY350 turntable structure components with the cooperation of the designers and finished the testing and computing analysis report, acknowledged by the designers. At the same time ,we have to exchange ideas on the parameter instruction textbook of the structure of the turntable,and to discuss the issue of the simplification of the structure.Step 5: going back to our university again, we programmed the most part of the program, using the ALGOR software as the development platform foundation. At the same time use QAY350 turntable structure as an example, complete the structure of the turntable text.Step 6: we took the QAY350 truck crane turntable structure as an example to debug the PMS modeling program and finished the comparative analysis between the parametric model and the manually fined model, and formed the whole PMS version.Every step of the six above steps is very important. It will be nothing for this special program development, if without the manual fining work as a premise. So we prepared a lot before programming. We fist analyzed the turntable structure of the QAY350 truck crane, communicated sufficiently with the designers, and composed, with the designers, a structural analysis report. We took a stress testing of the structure to validate the correctness of the computing model and the designers also participated in the collection of data to guarantee the objectiveness of the test. During the course of data processing, we communicated with the designers of the involved formulae and arithmetic. The designers and us together managed to establish and analyze the model, collect and deal with the testing data.Distilling the parameters was also accomplished with the designers and the amount of its workload was also very big. The designers and us used two weeks time to accomplish the elementary report""large-tonnage truck crane turntable structural parameters text", in which the designers considered the structural aspect and I considered the programming aspect.The programming of the PMS program was divided into two parts: one was the inner core, and the other was the interface. This phase ended with the accomplishment of the"Large tonnage truck crane turntable structure parametric modeling text".The PMS program has a straight looking interface and simple operation, and provides an interface for the designer to design the turntable structure in an efficient way. The PMS program reduces the difficulty for the common designers to apply the existence finite element analyzing software and ensures that the designers can establish the finite element analyzing model of the product structure quickly and correctly, so as to get the data which can be referenced.The parametric modeling program of the parts and components has already been used in many CAD 3-D modeling circumstances, however, because of the big frameworks'geometric and connecting complexity, it is significant to develop series tools to assist the designers to build the finite element analysis model and achieve the self-dependence development of the enterprise products. Programming this kind of parametric finite element modeling program for the concrete structure, which provides the interface of applying the existence general finite element analysis software for the designers, becomes a really practical work. This essay just implements the parametric modeling program of turntable structure components of the truck crane, while other great structures'modeling program developments need more communications and cooperation from the enterprise. |
