The invention discussed in this treatise is in the automotive electron field. We invented a new automotive load-dump voltage generator which is designed for dashing the automotive electronic set in huge voltage power, and it can supply the voltage wave that the ISO7637 required for automotive electronic set. At the same time, the voltage supplied by this set could be adjusted neatly, and by using it we can carry out dashing experiment for the automotive electronic set in a stricter standard to check out the automotive electronic set further.At first, the principle causing unloading voltage in automobile is described in detail in this paper and the corresponding calculating formula is derived according to the theory .This paper analyzes forming process of unloading voltage and the relations among unloading voltage, phase electromotive force, exciting current and rotational speed in an alternator. The unloading voltage in auto alternator has two parts which are produced by stator coils. One part of this voltage with short continuance and small harm is a self-induced electromotive force produced by a sudden changing lord current. The other part with long continuance and large harm is a rectification voltage of an induced electromotive force in stator coils induced by magnetic field in field coils. At last calculating formulas for unloading voltage with a saturated magnetic circuit and an unsaturated magnetic circuit are derived, and some analyzing examples are given. And we describe the load-dump voltage wave using a visual method.And next, we analyzed the requirement that the ISO7637 required for the voltage wave which the automotive load-dump voltage generator could supplied. The international requirement for the automotive load-dump voltage wave is in the ISO7637. And it is an agreement made for improving the anti-jamming ability of automotive electronic set which is according to the conelrad of automotive car and trailer. Anyway, the requirement about automotive load-dump voltage wave in ISO7637 is suited for the actual load-dump voltage wave. So we only need to supply the voltage wave that the ISO7637 required, we will simulate the real situation.In the following step, We have discussed afterwards that throw the voltage of load and assault the current situation which test the platform both at home and abroad, have recommended using the more extensive generator of voltage of throwing load now from the principle and practical application, and make a concrete analysis of the inferior position that they exist. Then, we put forward a kind of new design philosophy, and make discussion and analysis in theory to this kind of thought in order to verify its feasibility.And then, we have proposed a kind of algorithm according to new design philosophy, and prove to this kind of algorithm under the enviroment of Matlab. Utilize Simulink carry on between emulation and what old some design philosophy and new wave form that mentality of designing produce carry on the software than right, have made more satisfactory verification result.Then we design the hardware circuit according to the verification of emulation . We have carried on the selecting type of the chip at first, the reality designed realizes having and designing the related automatically controlled unit hardware circuit and software control system for the main chip with piDSP30F6014A digital signal processor. And carried on voltage generator charge and discharge return circuit mainly, electric current signal gathers the circuit, power circuit and liquid crystal are rejected and driven,etc. the design of the circuit.Then we carry on the writing of software procedure on piDSP30F6014A digital signal processor platform. Utilize the assembler language to write the algorithm procedure of controlling, utilize C language to write and control the procedure procedure and liquid crystal to reject the procedure of showing, have written corresponding operation and shown the software on LabWindows/CVI platform. It is convenient for user to throw the parameter selection that the load experiment is operated and can carry on the pulse wave form .Because what this thesis is designed to is the application of an embedded system. Anti-interference is a key problem of an embedded application system, it is that an electron uses the permanent question designed that anti-interference is designed all the time. So in the design , have fully considered the influence appearing in various kinds of interference that may appear , take the corresponding measure, try one's best to improve systematic anti-interference performance . In anti-interference, this thesis adopted hardware anti-interference and anti-interference of the software to deal with at the same time . The anti-interference of the hardware is dealt with and designed in the power mainly, long-line anti-interference design and anti-interference of the printed circuit board that transmit are designed. What the anti-interference of the software is designed and adopted mainly is the treatment method that the figure strains the wave, it was the overbalanced algorithm that strains the wave law and slips the law of arithmetic average to combine together that was adopted, have combined the advantages of the above two kinds of algorithms. Accord with the characteristic originally designing the system and gathering the signal , has obtained better straining the wave result.At last, summarize this invention to put in order , write the application for patent, and put forward the application for patent to State Patent Office.
