| In recent years, because of the resource crisis and the demands of the environment, people are paying more attentions to the exploiture of clear energy sources. With the point of Sustainable development, traditional energies such as oil, natural gas and coal are no longer meet the requirements. Developing new energies is more important. It's started early when people used wind power. The thought of utilizing wind power to generate electricity is constructed in 1890 in Denmark. Denmark had built 120 wind generators until 1918. Subsequently, many other countries built lots of huge wind generators. When we entered 21st century, technologies of wind power is more developed, and the products are diversified. Many countries have established some related policy to encourage the development of wind power. So, wind power has a bright future.Viewing the situation of wind power of global development, besides European market, the development of other regions such as Asia and Africa are just beginning. Our country is rich in wind power, but less developed. Wind turbine tower is main supporting device which connects generator and the earth. It provides enough height which is very important to the level-axis-impeller. The weight of tower occupies half of the generator, and the cost of tower is about 15%.So the tower is very important in the process of and design and manufacture. It's also necessary to verify the stiffness, strength and stability of the tower.Along with the high-speed developing of computer, finite element method has become most popular research method of this area. With powerful Computer Aided Engineering, my paper has done following work: using software named MSC.Patran, a finite element model of a wind turbine tower structure was set up. Based on the finite element model of tower structure, static strength, dynamic analysis, analysis and fatigue analysis using MSC.Fatigue were done. The work I have done is listed in detail:In chapter 1, the domestic and alien status of wind power research is investigated, and also factors of design are introduced simply. Simultaneously, Fea tool in this paper is presented.In chapter 2, discuss the process of founding FEM tower model, and analyze the static strength of the tower detailedly under 7 load cases, and discuss the results at last.In chapter 3, do mode analysis and give analysis results under 3 load cases; establish and verify the normal-working frequency; discuss the infection of different weight and engine room.In chapter 4, analyze stability of the tower, and verify the results.In chapter 5, analyze fatigue strength of the tower with MSC.Fatigue based on the modeling of chapter, and forecast life of the tower.In chapter 6, design and optimize the tower and present results; discuss the rationality of the optimizing method.Because domestic independent research and design has just began, it's lack of reference data. This paper which includes the analysis and the design job is useful for research in the future, and it's providing help to the wind turbine tower for the future. |
