The Automated Mechanical Transmission is an automatic transmission, used to shift gears for the driver by his order,which is equipped with Auto Shift Control System based on traditional fixed shaft transmission and controls the operator with the transmission control unit。It can effectively lower the operator's manipulative variance and reduce fatigue strength,increase safety,at the same time, raise automobile's power performance and economical efficiency。Compared with other automatic transmission systems,it has such advantages as higher transmission efficiency,lower manufacturing cost,mature process flow and easy to produce,etc。However,the coordination control between the clutch and engine during gear shifting is a difficult point for the manufacturing of Automated Mechanical Transmission domestically.Along with the continual growth of engine control and automatic transmission technology and the continuous enhancement of Electronic Control Unit control function and the development of relative theories,the integral control of the dynamic system which united engine control and automatic control of transmission has been an inexorable development trend。To depend on the rapidly growing electronic technology and control theories and realize the optimal matching and integrating of the two,we may shift gears without the clutch by the precise control of the engine and tranmission,which will definitely become the development trend of Automated Mechanical Transmission。This article conducted research on engine checking braking in the shifting process of the Automatic Mechanical Transmission of Non-Clutch Operating。 Based on the analysis of the engine control,my study advances the design programm for AMT engine reducer with wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch,whose deceleration characteristics is also studied。I also conducted performance bench testing of wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch, and ultimately analysed the impact on engine governed speed by AMT engine reducer in the shifting process based on the comparison between simulation result and test data。The main content of the study is as follw:1, Introduce the use of the Automated Mechanical Transmission system,Automatic Mechanical Transmission of Non-Clutch Operating technology and reducer on Automated Mechanical Transmission。2, Based on the analysis of on engine checking braking in the shifting process,advances the design programme for Automated Mechanical Transmission engine reducer with wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch。3, Analyze the deceleration characteristics,dynamics and electromagnetics of wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch during the braking process and build the mathematical modeling on the basis of the analysis。4, Conduct the bench test of the wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch,analyse the deceleration characteristics on the basis of the test,examine the effectiveness of the proposed mathematical model for the wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch's friction moment。At the same time,I test its ultimate torque and idle load torque by experiment。5, In the environment of Matlab/Simulink,build the simulation model based on the deceleration characteristics of AMT engine reducer,analysed the impact on engine governed speed by Automated Mechanical Transmission engine reducer in the shifting process based on the comparison between simulation result and test data。The result shows that Automated Mechanical Transmission engine reducer can obviously condens the time for engine speed governing during the shifting process,having the effect of auxiliary braking for the engine。...
