| The restoring spring can't meet ejecting requirement for plastic failure in test. It's necessary to analyze the failure mechanism, which can provide a theoretical basis on how to choose and optimize this kind of spring.During the process of the plastic failure analysis of the restoring spring under impact excitation, many nonlinear factors should be taken into consideration, including contact, large elastic-plastic deformation and wave process and so on. So, it is a highly nonlinear model. The dynamic plastic response of the restoring spring has been obtained by the aid of FEM.Dynamics differential equations are established with Lagrange equation method in this paper, and solved by BDF rigid integration program. The dynamics analysis of a Missile Projector can be realized by using the above method, and the impact excitation acting on the restoring spring has been obtained. Based on software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the finite element model of the restoring spring is established, and the dynamic plastic failure of the restoring spring under the above impact excitation has been studied. The main reason leading to failure and dangerous points can be obtained. The research work has guiding significance to engineering. |
