Turbine-machinery plays a very important role in the national economy. The domestic 600 MW and 1000 MW steam turbines, and the compressor, the gas turbine of various types develop an important function in the industry production. The core part of the turbine machine is the rotor, which contains the shaft and the impeller. The connection between them relates to the transfer of the energy and torque. The hot jet is used in the most general cases due to the simple principle, but sometimes it is not easy to dismantle the shaft and the impeller. At that time, eccentric assemblage is used instead. This text mainly concerns the eccentric assemblage. The mechanism is studied in a practical unit. Meanwhile the eccentricity is obtained at the assumption of line contact. With contact theories applying, eccentricity calculation method base -d on elastic contact theory is established. They are the methods based on Hertz model and Persson model. Through calculation, it is found that the influence of eccentric assemblage to the eccentricity can not be ignored. The results are also offer a reference for the balancing experiments.Suitable mesh and calculation methods are used to analyse the rotor dynamic performance of carious eccentricity. From the results, we know that the critical speed and the corresponding modes are less effected by the eccentricity. The more the eccentricity is, the acuter the imbalance response is.
