Make Up The Verification Equipment For Harmonious Of Voltage

The harmonious electrical network is an important technical characteristic for electrical energy quality monitor. The harm of harmonious to the electrical network is well-known and different types of analysis equipments are applied in daily use. However, quite some unqualified equipments are traced, so that the evaluation of the electrical energy quality is incorrect, which cause the dispute of electrical expense fee between the electricity company and the consumers, and also make the network operation unsafe. This study focus on the standard technology of harmonious test, and prepares for further study on establish the highest standard equipment in Shanghai and East of china.This study is based on the requirement of GB/T 14549-1993 , after market survey, established the technical standard for harmonious test. Through the study on sampling method of Fourier Transform, an optimized method is raised, so that the sampling accuracy is improved. The test data confirms that the harmonious test equipment is able to meet the traced requirement.The study will provide a valuable reference for further province level harmonious study. The optimized sampling method for non-synchronous sampling improves the sampling accuracy, witch is a practical solution to establish harmonious test standard.This study on the test system of electrical harmonious is a pioneer work in the area of harmonious test of voltage, meet the traced requirement of electricity company for the meter used inspect electrical net. It also build the foundation for the further study of harmonious current,electricity energy of base ,and electrical energy of harmonious.
