| Among them, The vapours energy meterage way is not complete reasonable, now available meterage way is only to calculate flow, but does not consider the type (saturated vapour, steam-gas) affects to actual heat energy as well as the temperature and the pressure compensation and steam hot enthalpy value.Therefore,this paper design a kind of steam heat meter according to current situation and developing trend of steam heat meter in metallurgy industry. This system adopts the scientific heat meterage way, leads hot enthalpy value into the mathematic model that calculates heat to steam, adopts the fundamental density mathematical formula of the temperature and pressure compensate which has coveres with industry steam in common use temperature area, that embodies sufficiently the developing trend of scientification, intelligentized , wide measuring range , high accuracy.The steam heat meter introduced by this paper use the series of 16 bits MSP430 MCU and peripheral circuit, improve the precision and reliability of meter during the PCB design and programming. According to modularized design procedures, we divide the hardware into some circuit modules and then testing and emulating the whole circuit. Similarly, we divide the software into some program modules, and then debugging the program in a whole. Finally, we test the heat meter as a whole system in the function. According to the experiment, this system gets the purpose of measure heat, the structure is reasonlable, the basic hardware and the software designed has been reached expectant demand. |
