The equipment based on ARM7(AT91SUM7S256 chip made in ATMEL)which can be used in diagnosticating mechanical failure is developed to meet the requirement of high precision and high speed signal analysis equipment in the field of state watching and failure diagnosticating.According to function,the equipment used in diagnosticating mechanical failure can be made up of data collector,dynamic balance instrument and dynamic analysis instrument.As soon as dynamic balance instrument is concerned,influence coefficient method is used to analyzed and proofread the mechanical failure which is caused of imbalance.As soon as data collector and dynamic analysis instrument is concerned,we mainly translate the analog signals detected from photoelectric sensor into digital signals,then make FFT toward the digital signals to get frequency chart to analyzed and proofread the mechanical failure.At the same time,the data in the equipment used in diagnosticating mechanical failure can be transmit to the PC adopting the USB communication.Measurement accuracy:Frequency response accuracy in viberation measure and frequency chart analyse is 10Hz - 10kHz,rotation speed ranges from 180 r/minute to 24000 r/minute.Auto-range and manual-range selectable;Frequency in thefrequency chart analyse is divided into 8 grades.The measure range and the resolving power:ACC 250m/s2 / 0.1m/s2,VEL 200mm/s / 0.1mm/s,DISP 5000um / 1um,HFA 25m/s2 / 0.1m/s2,VOL 10 V / 0.1 Mv,viberation measure precision is 5%.
