The high speed passenger car body is one of the high speed trains' critical pieces , which is one of key technology with closely relation to train's comfortableness and safety.This article takes 200km/h CRH2 EMU First-class seat body which is designed by CSR SiFang Locomotive and Rolling Stock CO. LTD.as the concrete analysis object, according to JIS E7106 "the Japanese railroad general standard", using ANSYS 9.0 finite element software to analyse and evaluate this body's static intensity, fatigue strength and rigidity.The result indicates that, the static intensity, fatigue strength, rigidity and so on all satisfies the norm. The design of the cross-section of aluminium extruded sections is one of the most important contents in aluminium alloy carbody's design. This paper provides a design method of the aluminum extruded sections based on vertical bending modality of car body that the vertical bending natural frequency of the car body can be derived directly according to the cross-section's physical dimension .Compared with the result of the finite element method, this simplified method has enough precision, which can be applied to the design of vertical bending rigidity of carbody directly., Combining body dynamic stress measured data and finite element stress analysis of the typical line, obtains the body dynamic coefficient and the vehicle hook loading condition in various typical lines of our country and then establishes the vehicle hook's load spectrum.
