With the development of the world's shipping industries and science and technology developing, The difficulty of operating the large and automatic ship is constantly rising, technique requirements for the ship's managers are more and more higher. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the China Marine Bureau's training requirements for the ship's managers are more and more higher. International Maritime Organization (IMO) stipulates it clearly in STCW (International Convention on Standards of Training Certification and Watching for Seafarers) that the engineer must be trained on artificial simulator. With the implementation of STCW78/95, it is particularly important to carry on the training of the electric technological professional knowledge for the engineers, so the market will be very great to the demand for the ship power simulator.This is part work of the new generation of PC-based engineering simulator .The main task is to establish the important part of the turbine simulator—the dynamic process model of ship power station module, the generator model and the corresponding software closely related to the power station dynamic Process, According to the demand of training operation power station simulator, design and production the part interface of the power station information flow. And the writer mainly do the following work: based on the Dalian Maritime University teaching training boat-"Yukun"Shipping, analysis the mother-ship's emergency power system, identify the function of the Ship Power Station (emergency power system) which should reach. On this basis accomplish the foundation of the model of the power station. Including that: establishing the physical model of emergency power distribution panels (including the shore power) and the model of the emergency power control system. Simulating the automatic emergency power station control system. The author use Visual C# language and GDI+ graphics programming to develop and set up the system. After several months' analysis, design and coding, the goal of initial have been achieved. This software has complete control cabinet function, and the function of friendly interface, abundant operating training.The result of the simulation has been completed in the software, the simulation data is the same as the data of the ship. So it proves that the model we built and the analysis are correct. This system has expansibility and feasibility in economy and technique.
