Study On Evaluation Of Regional Water Resources Carrying Capacity

The water resources are the foundation that the lives of the people and growing of the myriad things and it is the key of the social economy development. The water resources carrying capacity is an important constituent in all natural resource carrying capacity in the continually developing process of a national or in the area; also the scarce of water resources often is the restriction factor of the social economy development, it has the very important influence to the integrated development and the development scale in a national or the local.Based on the reviewed newly research results, this article has studied the reviewed newly research results and the progress of the water resources carrying capacity, this dissertation present the main contents and key issues which should be resolved in the water resources development. Based on the water resources carrying capacity. The article has studied the development advancement pf the carrying capacity concept, the connotation characteristic as well as the influence factors of nature, the society, and the economic agent. Through analyzing predecessors' research results, the author discovered many questions that exist in the water resources carrying capacity research, and summarizing the predecessors' research results about water resources carrying capacity, provided in the theory and the method powerful support for this article composition, and taking it as the research breakthrough point of the article.This article selects Shijiazhuang is the object of study, analyzing Shijiazhuang's water resources characteristic, discovering Shijiazhuang's water resources is quite seriously short and carrying capacity is seriously insufficient. This article utilizes the SPSS statistics software, using the principal components analysis method to analysis the affect factors of the water resources carrying capacity, selecting population quantity and GDP as primarily factor, established the multi-dimensional linear model, and forecast the water demand of Shijiazhuang in 2010, discovering that in the future Shijiazhuang also will face to water resources scarce and the serious insufficient problem of water resources carrying capacity.Based on the conclusion, this article proposed the way and the method to enhance the Shijiazhuang's water resources carrying capacity.
