Abstract/Summary:
The new economy transformer with symmetrical triangle configuration round section Roll-core has the advantages of low loss, low noise and no-load currents. As the particularity of Roll-core transformer production technology, each phase must be controlled by computer- called a digital production. At present this type of economy transformer manufacturing industry faces to the development trend of globalization, cooperation between enterprises greatly increased demand, in order to achieve the twin objectives of quick response to market and reducing costs, It is imperative to realize networked manufacturing based on Digital Production.Networked Manufacturing System is a distributed, heterogeneous, loosely coupled software system. In addition to advanced manufacturing technology and concepts, network manufacturing design and implementation also need a series of related technologies and architecture theories, especially in distributed computing and enterprise application integration support. The current network of manufacturing platform is mainly based on EDI, CORBA, RMI, DCOM these data exchange and Distributed Object Technology. However, these technologies have limitations so that they can not meet the needs of the globalization of manufacturing.This article uses the latest software architecture theory: service-oriented architecture (SOA), XML, Web services, Enterprise service bus, and other related enabling technologies, introduced an Internet-oriented economy transformer networked manufacturing platform solution. The solution has distributed, heterogeneous, loosely coupled characteristics.The solution will be distributed from the concept of shop-class distribution, the distribution of factory-scale expanded to a regional distribution. With the Internet Protocol and Web services technology, any manufacture functional entities distribute in scattered regions can be involves in the manufacture platform and participate in the manufacture activities. The solution also using Web Service fully inclusive of the various functional components of the heterogeneous, making different systems and applications both can interact each other based on standards-based XML message. Service Bus technology reduce the coupling between the distribution systems, makes more scalable platform. Based on the solution, with the actual case of funded project, researched and developed the prototype system of economy transformer networked manufacturing platform based on SOA. The platform structure is divided into three layers: resources layer, integration layer and application layer. Modeling manufacture resources and publishing them to Web Service in resources layer; creating integrated module to realize the key requirement for manufacture globalization such as products design scheduling, manufacture scheduling and information integration in integration layer; developing personality applications for different participants, and integrate these scattered applications into a single entrance point by portal products, in addition, also developing work collaboration application, knowledge management and system administration application for platform.On the test shows that the prototype system of economy transformer networked manufacturing platform has the excellent performance on reducing the difficulty of developing, enhancing flexibility, scalability and reusability area. The research and realization of the economy transformer networked manufacturing platform base on SOA is a bold attempt for Traditional manufacturing Reform.
