Construction is getting more attention as an effective way to learn architecture in the architectural university domestic and overseas. It has been an important lesson in architectural teaching in western countries, such as England, America and Finland. Recent years, some architectural universities in our country tried to introduce construction lesson and obtained very good teaching effects, and introduced it to teaching plans of architecture major. It is usual to take actual architecture as the teaching methods and it is an effective method that uses real building material to make model and pay attention to practical operation."To learn architecture by construction activity"is the feature of construction courses. It put forward a new teaching method, and complement each other with the traditional method"to learn architecture by drawing", it is also an effective way to communicate experience world with transcendental world and can help students complete the conversion between the knowledge and technical ability and put some new light on architecture teaching.Experiment courses are the main teaching method in our country, and the related research is very poor, especially in course theory. The paper needs to make a judgment for the construction lesson firstly, and to find the related educational theory and present the basic framework. Secondly, to collect related construction lesson cases at home and abroad, develop comparative analysis, and to put forward concrete strategy and suggestions for the compilation of construction lessons.The paper is divided into five chapters according to above research thoughts. Firstly, the background, the significance of the paper topic selection, the method of the research and technology are explained. Secondly, according to the dialectic consideration between curriculum theory and teaching theory, combined with features of the construction lessons, the paper point out construction lesson is concrete application of research study and used as the basic theoretical foundation of construction lesson research. Thirdly, this paper using comparative study method to analysis typical construction lesson cases in recent years from four main aspects according to courses compilation, put forward concrete strategy for the curriculum mode, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and the curriculum evaluation of construction lessons. Finally, the author developed further thinking and put forward some suggestions according to participative teaching practice of construction lessons.
