| The main purpose of this dissertation is to develop a new system of piles integrity testing based on the echo method ,which is named KON-PIT. Firstly, literature summarization is put up to clarify the background of this project; Secondly, the basic theory of piles integrity detection based on the echo method is expounded to clarify the theoretic foundation of KON-PIT; Then, the electrical principle is explained in respect of hardware and software, and this dissertation emphasizes the application of the CPLD technology, the Direct Memory Access technology, the charge technology for Lithium Battery, the∑-Δtechnology, the transflective LCD technology and the touch panel technology and so on ; And then , the author discusses how to select the hammer and sensors, giving the application of KON-PIT in pile models and a variety of actual piles , and KON-PIT gains by contrast with the other homogeneous instruments at home and abroad ; Finally, the main performance parameter of KON-PIT is given, the author summarizes the character of KON-PIT and gives advice for the improvement on KON-PIT in the future. |
