Study On Water Level Control System Of Steam Generator Based On FCS

With the development of nuclear energy science, nuclear power unit system is more and more complicated, so the number of subsystems that require autocontrol is also larger and larger, the traditional analog signal transfer is already very difficult to satisfy the automation developing, digitized instrument control system applying on the nuclear power unit will become the main current, which will be well satisfied by Fieldbus Control System. This study is to be suggested under such background.This paper introduces several kinds of popular Fieldbus Control System in the nowadays. By analysising mathematic model of steam generator water supply system and the request of water level control system, the steam generator system based on PROFIBUS was built. Using transducer to control water level with changing the electric feed pump rotation rate, is able to improve the energy utilization ratio; using PLC to carry out the controlling, the controlling effect is well, which can satisfy the demander of steam generator water level controls; using Fieldbus Control System can economize systematic arrangement of wire and also can expand the system extraordinarily conveniently; using superordination computer to display the operation picture, operator can know the working condition of local equipment and local instrument, they can also carry out the parameter adjustment on equipment and forecast or seek a malfunction in the control room, which can make equipment in operator's long-range surveillance and controllable state all the time. The research content of this thesis have important meanings in nobody handles system, which have broad application value in reality, and can apply to power set subsystem, and make economy and reliability of systematic controlling to get very good guarantee.
