Research On Evolvement Of Urban Special Structure & Optimized Contral During Transformation Of Mining City

As a special sort of city, mining cities are important components of Chinese urban and town system .By the impact of resource exploiting and mining economy, the process of mining cities'development and the structure of social economy have particular rules. Compared with other cities, The most prominent peculiarity of mining cities is that it will be faced with function transformation and sustainable development when mining resource is exhausted .Now most mining cities being function transformation phase in China have been confronted by many conflicts and difficulties ,such as the depravation of environment ,the singularity of industry structure ,the shortage of infrastructure construction ,the stress of obtaining employment, and so on .All these have result in the difficulty of mining city in function changing .Because of the large quantity and containing 310,000,000 urban population ,the sustainable development of mining cities will make significant effect to urbanization strategy of china in the new situation .Up to now ,extensive research have been made in economic and society knowledge field about function transformation and sustainable development of mining cities ,but there is a few research about that in the sight of urban planning .Taking urban spacial structure as the research object ,from the view point of urban planning , the paper analyzes the evolvement laws of special structure of mining city and its correlative influence factors .Based on above analysis , several countermeasures are put forward to optimize the special structure ,which are beneficial to function transformation of mining cities .Firstly ,the paper introduces the basic theory about urban special evolvement .Then on the base of survey and analysis to several mining cities of china being on flourishing time or on declining time ,the peculiarity of the process of mining cities'development and special influence factors are given .On the base of above ,the regular pattern of spacial structure evolvement is summed up . Moreover, after analyzing the contradiction between the current situation of special structure of mining cities and city development , several countermeasures are given to optimize the special structure, which are beneficial to function transformation and sustainable development of mining cities .Finally , Take JIAOZUO city -a typical mining city as the case ,the process of JIAOZUO city development and the process of special evolvement are introduced, then the contradictions between JIAOZUO city'current situation of special structure and city development in the future are analyzed, at last ,the optimized countermeasures of special structure made in lately general planning of JIAOZUO city are introduced and some evaluations are given.
