As one of the most devastating natural disaster, earthquake always causes tremendous losses, the disaster of earthquake isparoxysmal and destructive. Under great earthquake, bridges may go through tremendous breakage.Researching the reactive and destructive pattern of bridge structure under earthquake, improving the aseismatic ability of bridge are an importance task of construction of highway andtransportation in our country. At present, the design of aseismatic bridge is switching to the method of two-phase design, elastic theory is adopted under small earthquake, nonlinear theory is adopted under big earthquake,to realize the designtarget of "no destroying under small earthquake, able restoring under moderate earthquake, no collapse under big earthquake".Based on the previous research achievements in this field, the methods of seismic response time- history- analysis of bridge structure are studied: First, dynamic balanceable equation and element mass matrix, element stifness matrix, element damp matrix of special beam are educed from Hamilton's principle :The linear seismic response and nonlinear seismic response of bridge structure are analyzed, and the analysis methods of seismic response about model of fiber beam-column element are built; a dynamic finite element program for seismic response analysis of bridge structure is developed on the basis of program MATLAB ;in the end, a two span prestress concrete consecutive box bridge is analyzed by the dynamic finite element program for seismic response time- history-analysis of bridge system, and the linear seismic response and nonlinear seismic response of the bridge are analyzed in detail.
