| This paper researchs the failure diagnosis technique with vibration method for ball bearing and it's application in one metal company.The predictive maintenance system will be setting up after analysis of ball bearing vibration theory discussed and put the ball bearing failure diagnosis as one of the critical strategy.The off line ball bearing condition detection system is selected as most suitful after the crtical equipment are identified.The advanced ball earing diagnosis instrument and software which attaching frequency spectrum system is used in this process. And also the electrical press type sensor is select dut to it's good high frenquency response,widen measurement parameter range and the mgn temperature protected.This article is focus on the research of implementation (?) analysis technology in metal industry. The condition of machine can be predicted from the selction of software and hardware,best condition dietect technology and parameter.,setting up of ball bearing vibration alarm standard of each parameter to equipment base line measurement。The machine which in good condition will be saved vibration data and be went through trend analysis and periodical vibration check.. Otherwise, the machine with viration data out of control should be implemented vibration report output. Corrective action must be taken to analyze failure status and severity. Some achievement case of failure detection of ball bearing to Alkali drain pump,primer coating oven No.4 circulation fan and cotaer room exaust fan using ball bearing vibration diagnose technology are showed in this paper.The Movex system is used in company as global enterprice resource management tool. Predictive manaintenance management system is the core moudle in there. All equipment is coded with total 6 levels. Maintenance services are defined to level 4 equiment group and level 5 singl equipment.Ball earing failure diagnosis is the critical service is defined in system. Company equipment is under good management by workorder process,job planning,human resource arrangement,spares parts management system integration.The result of this paper can be reference to similar industry company ball bearing diagnosis technology implementation. |
