The regenerative material is synthetically used to develop the heat preservationandinsulation material system. It has some features, including heat preservation andinsulation,good anticrack, environmental protection and energy effciency, easyoperated. Its technicalfocus is: System research on the heat preservation andinsulation of outer wall; Research on thetheory of heat preservation and insulationand the theory of anti-crack of the material of outerwall; Effect analysis on phasechange material (PCM) in building envelope. The studying workis as following:1.System research on the heat preservation and insulation of outer wall: includingtheemulsion powder and the benzene pellet heat preservation and insulation mortarisdeveloped by synthetically used the regenerative material, construction technology ofsystemof external thermal insulation about EPS plate's grout. Contents: 1)Structuraldesign andfundamental research on heat preservation and insulation, Determine thethickness of the heatpreservation and insulation material etc. 2)To design thegradation of polystyrene froth pelletand the proportion with the gelation, that causesthe performance optimization of the heatpreservation and insulation material; To fillup the silicon aluminum glass hollow spheroidmaterial which belongs to the light,porous materials, plays to the heat preservation andinsulation role;The research indicated that: regarding the different basic unit wall, selects doesnot surpass the40mm this heat preservation heat insulation mortar, then achieves in thestandardabout the wall heat transfer coefficient and the regeneration coefficient request.3)Thefocal illustration is fundamental constructions, including adhesion and piece togetherofEPS plate, lap joint and turn-up of alkaline-resisting grid fabric, plastic bolt,divided seam andthe expansion joint, the masculine and feminine elements angle andwindow, the balcony andthe drop water line, other exterior facilities and so on.2.Research on the theory of heat preservation and insulation and the theory of anticrackof the material of outer wall: The heat preservation and insulation materialis designed by theidea of "release stress" to resolve the wall material dehiscence.Contents: 1) The polymeremulsion powder is added into the mortar, the ratio of compressive and flexural strength, freeze-thaw resistance and shrinkage performanceof the mortar are indicated that theproportion of emulsion powder should becontrolled in 1.5% for to enhance the overallflexibility and crack resistance of themortar. 2) Alkali resistance fiberglass mesh and the fibermay disperse the stress; 3)The SEM atlas confirms this conclusion: The emulsion powder canenhance the flexibility.3.Effect analysis on phase change material (PCM) in building envelope: PCM hasthecharacteristic to reduce expenses and cut down the interior temperature when thePCM isused in building envelope.
