So far, the highest running speed of the domestic truck bogie is 100km/h-120km/h, which makes the management of joint articulation between the truck and standard high speed passenger car or the passenger car running chart difficult. To be seasoned with the development of national economy, the need of social progression and the need of market, it is an urgent issue to research on high speed truck bogie and quicken the self-development of railway.At present, there are mainly two types of bogies in the international market. One is three big piece type bogie, the other is weld structural bogie.The truck cast steel three big piece type bogie is easy to maintain. But since the grate weight under spring and the large operation strength during running, it is difficult for the bogie to keep the positive position. The critical speed of the snaking motion is low, which is inapplicable for high speed running.The other type of truck bogie is H type integrative truss. Its structure is complicate relatively, which is not easy to manufacture and maintain. But it can keep the positive position of the bogie preferably. And because it is adopted the structure of axle box one series elastic suspend, the weight under spring reduces. Which achieve the effective control to wheel sets and improve the running quality of the bogie distinctly. The disadvantage is: because the big twist rigidity of truss, the adaptability to twist line regresses and reduces the anti-digression security of bogie.This text absorbs advantages of the above two types of bogies. It is adopted the structural type of H type truss with bogie elastic articulation. Its characteristics are: the truss is welded together by two U type side beam and two steel pipes. The rubber spring is used to achieve elastic connection between bolster and side beam, which realize the two series suspension. Meantime the longitudinal draft lug and lateral elastic block are used between truss and bolster. Its function is: the longitudinal draft lug is used to transfer longitudinal force and control the comparative corner between bolster and truss. Which keep the bolster and truss the positive position and control the transfer of snaking motion. The main function of lateral elastic block is to control the roll and snaking motion of the car body caused by the grate move of bolster and truss.Comparative with three big piece type bogies, the ability of positive position improved obviously. This structure also reduces the motion force between wheel tracks, amends the adaptability of the bogie on twist line and confirms the safe stable running of the supporting trucks under the speed of 160km/h. Its dynamics performance meets every index regulations of GB5599.
