Well-hole wagon is applicable to transport out-of-gauge and overweight cargo, such as the transformer, generator, rolling mill, reactor and high pressure boiler etc., developing heavy duty well-hole wagon is in urgent need of development of national economy. This kind of wagon has the characteristics of less tare weight, heavy capacity, high speed, more functions and easy to assemble and unassembled. Base on many years development and research of the long-large wagon, the paper which circumfuses development of the biggest well-hole wagon carrying 450t in our country at present develops a series of new research work.Firstly, the paper introduces the research status of domestic and abroad, trend of development and key technique of development, and concludes the particularity of the well-hole wagon. According to the particularity of 450t well-hole wagon, create the finite element model, choose the optimization structure plan through the calculation of finite element. In allusion to the furthest key dynamic stable and safe problem of 450t well-hole wagon, create the dynamics model of rigid-flexible mixture, regard subordination parts as rigid body, and main parts as flexible body, then establish system-grade dynamics model of rigid-flexible mixture through coupling technology. According to the work condition of straight and curve line including running on the furthest small radius curve and empty wagon running, on the basis of above, analyze the dynamic force of different centre plate and side bearings, the transverse stability of the body , haulm force and the influence of wheel-rail dynamic action from the force of side bearing.According to the simulation results of rigid-flexible mixture, the plan changed several times. The sample wagon dynamics test indicates that many indexes of calculation and test are almost identical, which not only proves the value of the research method, but also proves the design of the wagon is very successful.
