As an important component of bridge structure, the bridge deck pavement have several function, such as the bridge protecting,the load scattering,waterproof and so on.With the increasing of traffic, more and more rigid bridge deck pavements got their damage in advance.The main reasons why rigid bridge deck pavements got damage in advance as follows: The design method is not perfect; Existing shortage when constructing; Influence by bridge construction; Weather factor and Environment influence etc.The phenomena not only hindered the transportation safety, affect the bridge beauty, but also resulted in the enormous economy loses. The damage for bridge deck pavement have been a very important issue for high level traffic system and got more attention by many research organizations.On the basis of the main damage types, the actuality of domestic and international research, the present design methods, this paper established the 40m(length)×20m(width) pre-stress free beam bridge mechanics analysis and computing model with the elastic mechanics,shell mechanic and finite element method. With the finite element method software ABAQUS and numerical value analysis software MATLAB ,this paper focuses on numerical value simulating analysis for the rigid bridge deck pavements in a pre-stress free beam bridge, some conclusions are drawn as follows:Through contrasting and concluding the results of computing the model, this paper holds that thickness of 10 cm and the concrete of C35 is the superior design parameter of the structural model.When the bridge got the load from the vehicles and deadweight ,the top of the main beam's port carries the biggest normal stress while the horse's hoofs district suffers the biggest shear stress;Summarizing the model calculation, the conclusions shows that the central reserve in the Central area of the bridge deck pavement carries the biggest normal stress and easy to deserves the crush damage while the joint between the lane and marginal strip carries the biggest shear stress and easy to crazesThough the above conclusions come from the emulation of the textual bridge model and have their localization. But as a kind of research notion, they can still offer optimize idea and reference for designing other types rigid bridge deck pavements by the conclusions hereinbefore.
