Bus body's design is one of the important signs of the bus manufactories sel -independented development ability,also is one of the strongest way of enhancing the products'competitive ability。The application of CAD technology in bus body design,which improves the design efficiency and precision,reduces the time and cost of new products'development。This paper has studied the principle of NURBS curve and surface ,evaluating index of NURBS courve and surface, virtual assemble technical,rending modeling and so on。A design method of getting figure information from two dimensions engineer drawings and bitmap is put forward based on modern design styling,which used to creat bus body modeling based on UG NX2.0 platform。At first some key outline curves of the IVECO Traveller Coach Venice Series NJ6826TMF of NAVECO. Ltd are extracted out to recreat and to evaluate the smooth property on the UG platform。The second according to the key curves, the body's surfaces are designed through dividing into some pieces and then evaluate the surfaces smooth property。The third design bus body frame and some accessory parts and then design bus body virtually assemble , analyze the intervention of virtually assemble。The fourth two kinds of typical static strength analysis, bend and torsion, to the body's framework are done on the platform of ANSYS7.0,which supplies evidence to the following design of unreasonable place。At last creating an illumination and exaggeration model based on the designed coach model on the 3Ds Max 6.0platform。And then, some pictures full of real vision are gained。...
