The accurate determination test on natural resonant frequencies of the blade is a foundational but important item in the design of the fluid machine. With the development of instrument science, instruments are getting more intelligent. The technology of computer test is a new technique in the field of electronic test and measurement. Depend on this technology, this thesis puts a roundly study in the test methods on vibration resonant frequency parameter for the engine blade and realizes an auto test system based on PCI bus and software engineering.In this thesis, according to the standard of the engine blade testing on vibration, the thought of automatism, synthesis and intelligence is used in the design of the testing system, and the realization of the auto testing function on resonant frequencies of the engine blade is given. In Windows XP operating system, a multitasking and complex test software system is exploited with Visual C++ 6.0 based on the OOP program technology in which the hardware's driving, data acquisition, data processing, signal waveform, signal generating on schedule and friendly interface are realized. Depend on the ways of multi-thread and timer, the whole test system is provided with the functions including on-line monitoring, real-time processing and automatic frequency control test experimentation. As a test and measuring system based on computer, it has very many merits such as testing precision, frequency response range, directly operation dialog and so on, which were helpful to practical implementation. Finally, every function module is validated by current apparatus and the measurement result on the blade by the whole system is verified by the method of finite element analysis.The establishment of this test system provides a new means of engine blade experiment. As professional apparatus of vibration experiment, it has the characteristics of terse principle, compact structure and rich function and is also applied to similar test on other parts.
