Bridge is a very important construction in everyday life. It's always undergo the prangcome from floating ice in highly low temperature area. The disaster come from floating iceoften occur in years ice circs are awful. We must attach importance to the force engender byfloating ice in design bridge in highly low temperature area and take method to reduce thedestroy of floating ice. Hei Longjiang province is the coldest area in China. It's verysignificative to prevent impacting construction of floating ice if we carry through the researchof influence come from floating ice in Hei Longjiang province.To educe the river ice compressive strength and also bending strength, we take Humariver ice to do a series of mechanics capability experimentation. It's researched that theinfluence degree of temperature and rate of loading to compressive strength and bendingstrength, the elastic modulus of Huma river ice can be get and then. From the experimentationof floating ice prang pier it can be get the correlation of prang force and influence factors. Inthe base of experimentation, ANSYS software is used to analysis the prang force of float iceimpinge on pier to see the effect principle of ice and structure. In the base of existencenumeration method and the river ice datum, discuss the calculate method of float ice's prangforce in bridge design in Hei Longjiang province and put forward advice.
