In china 85% of highways constructed or on building use semi-rigid base. Semi-rigid base has not only outstanding virtues but also some problems, such as low bending strength and cracking easily. So the bending resisitance of semi-rigid base is particularly important. and influenced by component of materials.To predict the tensile strength of cement stabilized aggregate material, In this paper splitting and bending strength are used to reflect bending resisitance. Under analysis of bending resisitance about cement stabilized aggregate material, gray system theory method has been chosen through considering component materials, such as dosage and type of cement, gradation of aggregate, water content, aggregate crusing value, content of needle and piece granule of aggregate etc. Then collecte hundreds of data as swatch data-base, put forward the grey prediction models for early age (7d) splitting strength and late age (90d) splitting strength and bending strength of cement stabilized aggregate material by grey-correlation analysis, grey model, precision checking and grey prediction. And the content application shows the better precision. In addition, from the component factors and whole of material two points of view, the paper communicates the relationship of splitting strength,bending strength and compressive strength. One is the relationship for component factors of material under grey prediction models, the other is the relationship for whole of material under finite element analyses, and the two relations are uniform.The conclusion could predict the different age tensile strength of cement stabilized aggregate effectively, evaluate late age strength though early age strength and get optimal component of materials economically. Otherwise, give a actual conversion data from compressive strength to other strengths, and it is meaning for theoretical analysis and engineering practice.
