With continuous developing and improving of turbine design, manufacture and operating techniques, turbine operation economy is received more and more attention. It has been a very urgent task for the power industry to optimize management unit, set logical operating model, provide rational real-time adjust means for operator, keep unit optimal operation, and improve unit generation economy on the basis of equipment safety. The performance and pattern of operation of turbine supplementary system has significant impact on the safety and economy of turbine system. To develop optimal operation of turbine supplementary system, the basic and primary step is that acquire the performance characteristics of turbine supplementary system and the main equipments (feed water pump, circulating water pump, regeneration heater).This paper researched operation performance of main equipments of 330MW turbine supplementary system in MaLianTai power plant under different operation condition and pattern and analyzed primarily the optimal operation pattern of turbine supplementary system. The main contents of the paper are as follows:â‘ Analysis on optimized operation pattern and research on operation characteristic of feed water pump. The flow-lift and flow-efficiency curves of feed water pump under different operation loads and conditions are acquired through experiment research and compute analysis. And the optimized operation pattern under different loads is analyzed.â‘¡Analysis on optimized operation pattern and research on operation characteristic of circulating water pump. The relative cures between flow and lift, shaft power and efficiency are respectively acquired of two circulating water pumps through experiment. And the reality operation performance of circulating water pump is judged by comparing with the design performance of pumps. The suggestions of economic operation of circulating water pump are proposed by the experiment result of circulating water pump.â‘¢Economic analysis on regeneration heater system. The leakage, drain pattern, temperature difference and water lever of heater has impact on unit's economic, and this paper qualitative analyzes these factors'impact. And the diagnosis and monitor model of heater is built.â‘£On the basis of analysis and research power plant optimized software at home and abroad, The target value of feed water temperature is forecasted by using non-linear gradually regression analysis method. The result shows that the target value has inside unity with design value and this method can instruct the optimized operation.The above research has established the basis of realizing optimized operation of turbine system.
