Study On Fault Diagnosis And Fault Disposal Of AMT

With the development of automobile industry, the new technology and method for automobile have become more and more exigent. Automated mechanical transmission (AMT) catches researcher's attention in the world as a new production. The AMT is more efficient and has lower cost and has high performance and low price than automatic transmission (AT). The most important is the AMT fits the reality of automobile industry in China and has broad prospects.A great deal of study on AMT has been done. AMT products have been put into market in foreign development more years. The AMT's products are mature in Euro. AT domestic, more research institutes are heading for the development of intelligent. With the research developing, AMT fault diagnosis is more and more taken. The security is the automobile first request, all technology should carry on take the automobile security as the core. The goal of developing the AMT fault diagnosis system is causes the AMT automobile the security to enter a new stage.The work of this dissertation is to implement an automatic fault diagnosis and fault disposal. Establishes the related fault diagnosis strategy, develops the corresponding fault diagnosis system, and conducts the simulation research to the fault diagnosis system.This paper introduced the AMT structure and the principle of work and elaborated the AMT fault diagnosis and fault disposal principle and the method of exploitation. And then emphasis has analyzed the relation of this kind of structure and the phenomenon of normal condition and the fault appearing. The rule is established for diagnosis and disposal. The fault diagnosis and fault disposal main content includes: Through analyzes the relations of AMT various units, including the logical relation of the engine section of AMT and with clutch,gearbox itself correlation various units principle of work and TCU unit principle of work. At last, analyzes the fault through the diagnosis module, carries on by the method which analyzes according to this paper. Finally, according to the rule, this paper established a fault detection system and carries on the simulation analysis to the possible fault.
