With the increasing pollution and the depletion of oil resources.All over the world,paying more attention to research electric tractors,Electric tractor power motor as the "heart" of electric tractor's electric drive system,all countries specially attach importance to it and it is important for its development.The working environment of electric tractor is very complex and bad,the stability and reliability of the electric tractor will be effected by the failure of motor.So,the research on the fault diagnosis of electric tractor motor is very important.Due to technical limitations,the motor fault diagnosis technology in foreign countries made a series of breakthroughs until 1980 s.And many large motor fault diagnosis producted on the market.Although the motor fault diagnosis technology started relatively late in our country,we have obtained a series of research results through the unremitting efforts of our researchers.In terms of current development status,it is necessary to have a research on the fault diagnosis technology of electric tractor power motor.In this paper,the main research work of electric tractor power motor is:(1)After fully understanding and comparing the motor performance,we choose the permanent magnet synchronous motor as motive power sources of electric tractor.and then we has carried on the computation to the main dimensions of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,stator and rotor structure designand the stator structure optimized design.(2)The simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor with magnetic field falure is built using Ansoft software.then we had three simulation experiments were conducted to compare the results.they are :(1)The motor's magnetic field analysis of different magnetic field of permanent magnet in no-load condition;(2)The motors' torque and current analysis of different demagnetization degree under the rated condition;(3)The motor torque and current analysis of different demagnetization degree under different load.Finally,the fault diagnosis of permanent magnet motor is proposed by using the current spectrum analysis method.(3)The healthy permanent magnet synchronous motor model is established by using MATLAB software.And on this basis to establish the interturn short-circuit fault fault model of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then,comparing motor speed,torques and current parameters motor between the healthy motor and failure motor.Then,getting the datas from healthy motor and failure motor models.Using the improved BP neural network algorithm for diagnosis.(4)Setting up the experimental platform,and has carried on the part of hardware design and PC interface and acquisition program design,Finally using experiment to verify the correctness and reliability of the simulation model and the diagnosis model.
