Cut tobacco pneumatic conveying system is widely applied in cigarette industry.There are many parameters which affect the running states of cut tobacco pneumaticconveying system. For the real-time production situation of cigarette factory, in thethesis, optimization of the process parameter (such as conveying speed andconveying ratio) is tentatively studied. On the basis of the theory of pneumaticconveying and optimization method, the math model of optimization designconsidering the factual situation of cut tobacco pneumatic conveying system isestablished by using experienced expressions. Working out the math model bycomputer and programming by C++ language, the values of process parameter isarrived at which make waste energy least. Through experiment the math model andthe program is validated to be credible, and meanwhile, the experiment indicates thatwhen the pipe diameter and containing water of cut tobacco is definite, tobaccocutting mostly lies on the conveying speed. |
