| As the improvement of science technology and the extent of modernization, the importance of equipments became evident in enterprise. Equipment management affected the production and operation of enterprise directly. With the enterprise informationization continually, a higher request for equipment management is raised.The current equipment management system is divided into two kinds from the aspect of maintenance: one is based on the plan; the other is based on the equipment's condition monitor. The advantage and disadvantage of these two kinds of system were analyzed in this paper, and elaborated the information circulation and service flow between equipment management system and MES. Made a theory research on the equipment maintenance of condition monitoring and diagnosis, and analyzed the relations between equipment management and work-shop's production schedule, then an overall model of equipment maintenance and work-shop's production schedule was developed. Analyzed the equipment management characteristic of discrete manufacturing enterprise, and established an information integration model between equipment management system and systems-related of a Jiangxi engine plant by IDEFO. Then an equipment management system based-MES in discrete manufacturing enterprise was developed according to the actual demand. To satisfy the request of various functions module in MES, work-center was firstly brought into the scope of equipment management. For providing the information about the general and key work-center's capability for MES in time and serving for production scheduling, resource allocation and so on, the equipment management objects was raised from the single equipment to the work-center level.The equipment management system based-MES developed in this paper had been successful applied in many enterprises, and greatly promoted their equipment management informationization level. |
