This appraisal takes 1956～2000 year synchronized time hydrology series as the basis, studies the following content with emphasis:1, the Zibo precipitation and the evaporation, the surface water resources condition and may use the resources;2, the Zibo hydrology geology parameter, the ground water resources and may use the condition;3, surface water, ground water quality condition;4, Zibo water resources total quantity and water resources availability;5, water resources evolution circumstance analysis.Finally to the achievement which obtained carries on summarized and proposed the forecast.
