The Research And Desigh Of Elevator Control System Based On The SCM And PLC Control

SCM or PLC is applied to many areas such as a complicated industry process and a simple control system. Also, they, the core component of control system, can reduce the volume of the control system, make the control system have a good expansibility and a steady run and cut down the cost obviously too. This paper mainly focuses on the application of the SCM and PLC in the elevator control system. The design brought forward in the paper aims at the problems existing in the practical work and has solved the problems in a certain extent. It has some social value and is also helpful for the elevator engineer.This paper mainly comprises the following parts. The first, the paper introduces the conception of the elevator control system clearly and completely. Then the author designed an elevator control system model using 8031 SCM and told us the control logic and design of the system at length. The second, according to the practical project requirement, this paper describes further the means of using PLC control to design elevator system and designs the control units of the practical elevator system. The third, from the practical point, we apply the PLC control to the elevator system to further the design of elevator system. The combination of the PLC control with the frequency conversion is very suitable for realization of the elevator reconstruction project. The fourth, the paper describes the technique of group control of elevator conceptually.
