| With large-scale,complexity and modernization in the course of industry produce, general control method have been faced with challenge. Intelligent control techniques operate an important effect in modern industry produce, such as fuzzy control.During the study, we design general PID controllers,fuzzy controllers and Fuzzy-PID controllers with adjustable factor respectively in water and temperature congtrol system. Especially, the third controller is a chief part in the study. The different this hybrid fuzzy controller from general fuzzy congtroller that is with adjustable factor. Firtly, received chang trend of error chang(ec) from experiment, make up curve of error chang(ec). Then, a set of fuzzy rule of scale-gane( Ku) can be obtained. And then, a rule table of gain (Ku) can be established. Scale-gane's self-adjust will come true.Fuzzy control arithmetic is finished using STEP7 software, and then, download the program in S7-300 PLC. We set up control picture and trend chart using WinCC software. It can control change-trend real-time. Data communication between S7-300 PLC and WinCC is achieved by MPI. Finally, we experiment in AE2000A Course-control equipment, and, analyze and compare the results of PID,Fuzzy and Fuzzy-PID controllers.The research shows that Fuzzy-PID is incompletely dependent of the system model, and it is prior to general PID in response speed and stability, prior to general Fuzzy in steady precision, and the Fuzzy-PID control has better robust capability. It offers a valid way to resolve the question that bid-lag system and the model is set up complicatedly or difficultly. |
