With the rapid increase of Enterprise Application Software, especially, the Internet technology, electronic commerce, B2B, B2C as well as the ERP technology's development, enterprise's business pattern begins to be computerization and globalization. Faced with the fierce market competition, how an enterprise provide a scalable and reliable IT infrastructure which may adapter to it and enables its enterprise to catch hold of the market opportunities. At the same time, the IT infrastructure could provide a better service, let the enterprise, customer, partner, supplier and distributor attend commercial activity conveniently and get information what they want. This is the aim that every enterprise wants to reach. In order to attain this aim, they always use integration. Through this way all business entities would be related in together, share commercial data, and complete the commercial activity together. But tradition "point-to-point" integrated method unable to satisfy the enterprise's electronic commerce demand and cause high cost and low efficiency.An integration solution based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture, face service construction) is put forward, which utilizes the open standard and protocol, from the global viewpoint, connect the enterprise's business process and IT infrastructure. Then a unified, standardized integration platform will be established.A systematic survey of domestic and foreign EAI research is given at start, especially elaborates on the international IT giant Microsoft and IBM's advanced integration solution. Then I present the research objectives of this thesis.According to the existing technology, proposing an integrated architecture based on SOA, and divide it into four layers which are resources layer, service layer, business layer and application layer. In this architecture, resources layer including all enterprise IT infrastructure; service layer as a role for connecting infrastructure and business layer, all transport protocols will be transformed as standard protocol in this layer; business layer include process management, service management, security control and message transmission, it mainly provides a runtime environment for the application layer; application layer consist of all enterprise's interior or Internet client application.Then, detailed introduces the main module of its core business layer, establishes process activity engine based on relational database and foundation service administration center, proposes the process activity routing algorithm, message reliable transmission mechanism based on message middleware as well as the security access model.Based on the WSDL service description language, this thesis gives many kinds of resource service encapsulation technology, and introduces some kinds of legacy application's service encapsulation; Detailed explains XML message transmission mechanism, and visual message mapping theory and solution in data exchange process.Finally, applies the architecture to the integration of project management system (Project 2003) and PDM system (SmarTeam), establishes a prototype system, and proposes the next research plan after summarizing the content of this thesis.
