Injection molding is a good production method for industrial products.With the concept of “energy saving and environmental protection” in recent years,plastic products have become an important part of auto parts.However,the auto parts injection molding enterprise is a typical discrete manufacturing enterprise,facing the problems of many types of products,frequent production changes,complicated manufacturing processes,and untimely delivery of information in the workshop.Faced with these problems,enterprises urgently need to deploy and implement the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)to strengthen the management and control capabilities of the production process.Based on this,this dissertation has carried out in-depth research on the production process control system of automobile parts injection molding enterprises based on MES.Firstly,based on the research of the production process of auto parts injection molding enterprises,this dissertation summarizes the status quo of this type of enterprise,then analyzes the system positioning of MES system in enterprise informatization,and puts forward the management system of production process control system.The technology was introduced.Secondly,this dissertation adopts multi-task-driven production process management and control method to study the discrete manufacturing enterprises represented by automobile parts injection molding enterprises,and proposes a discrete manufacturing unit production scheme that solves the multi-product cross-production work-sheet element-driven production.The task-based production process response event processing method and the message center-based production process monitoring model are used to realize real-time perception of the production process,real-time management of production-related events,and avoiding the formation of information islands.Then,considering the poor scalability and maintenance of the traditional monolithic architecture production process control system,it is unable to quickly respond to the business process change and system reorganization.This dissertation uses the loosely coupled micro-service architecture to build the production process management and control platform.The key technologies of the platform were studied.Based on the relevant business processes of production process control,the production process control mode under the micro-service architecture was introduced.Finally,based on the above research results,participated in the design of a prototype control system for the production process of automotive parts injection molding enterprises,and implemented and applied in a plastic products Co.,Ltd.,and achieved good practical application results.
