Research On The Protract Method Of The Shipping's Region Outfitting Synthetic Installment Drawing

This paper is aimed at the regional outfitting method of the synthesis installation of study, with the main focus is to do a good job outfitting coding, build up a database, in the production design with the drawing software solution synthesis installation drawing plan, and put the tube, machinery, electricity, the internal installation and so on the method research which into the synthesis installation drawing.In this paper, starting from the theoretical research of ship outfitting technologies, including traditional outfitting technology, pre-outfitting technical and regional outfitting technology in three stages. Using regional outfitting technology, outfitting implement the parallel operations with the construction of the hull, outfitting continually raising the quality of the construction. Based on the regional outfitting technology establish the coding system, such as tubes coding. Then the regional outfitting database on the basis of outfitting pieces, the content of the components in the library, including tubes, electrical symbol, equipment, etc. Modeling such as pipe flanges, valves, the layout of the cabin doors, windows, furnitures. Database building and outfitting a preliminary design of the core chapters of this part of the next synthesis installation of the drawing work has laid a solid foundation. Finally, put outfitting coding system and database application regions of the layout of outfitting, and eventually installed to map out a synthesis installation drawing. In this paper, a detailed study on this issue and the actual production practice for operational use, the results indicate that this method is feasible to some extent.This work for planning outfitting synthesis installation drawing to build a frame, enable it to have the broader development space in later research, the inside content also must further consummate and enrich.
