The primary content of this dissertation is to refit the J5 engine as assistant power device. Including redesign of the decelerator, and analyzing of the transmission structure of the AP decelerator and the experimentation technical conditions of it. We use open power transmission structure in the structural design of the tester for AP decelerator, and present the process and result of the fatigue test for AP decelerator.AP decelerator is a important power transmission equipment in the generating set developed by our company for the new plane. The operational principle of it is using single input to drive 4 sets of generator through 4 identical gear transmission chains.The old decelerator can't fit the request of the overall design of the of the assistant power device for "998" engineering plan, it is necessary to redesign it. The fatigue test of the components and parts is very important for the new decelerator, from both the view point of the development of new product and that of the improvement of the old product. We need it to analyze the reliability of the overall design of the decelerator and the reliability of the components and parts. And we can find out the endurance life of the gears in the decelerator.The operation of whole system of fatigue tester for AP decelerator is reliable, the installation and operation of it is very simple and reasonable, the control accuracy of the system is very high, the technical data is better than the request of the technical conditions of testing, this new tester can greatly improving the ability of the testing of the decelerator in our company.
