Design And Development On Auto-testing System Of Illuminometer

The subject comes from the project "the research and development of illuminometer automatic test system" supported by Shenzhen Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection. The purpose of this project is to study the existing illuminometer test system to develop a system for the automatic digital illuminometer test System. Under control of computer system, the auto-test system functions can be achieved. These automatic functions include: movement workstation positioning; rotary platforms rotating to different angles; CCD device for reading and data processing. Illuminometers are easily installed and located.The development of the Illuminometer auto-test system will greatly enhance the test efficiency, reducing the working load of user.This paper will focus on the design of hardware of the illuminometer automatic test system, included: rotating platform,fixture of tested illuminometer,transmission device and microchip control system. The of major works by the author include: (1) rotary table and the fixture of illuminometer; (2) the hardware of motion control system ;(3) the software of motion control system; (4) the experimental analysis.
