High-voltage Lines Live Working Platform is a very important tool to effectuatesynthetic live-line overhaul working of powersupplyanddistribution. Its stability andthe manipulation of the automation is the key to ensure the safety and convenience ofworkers. Aiming at the poor operating environment, especially under the10Kv powerdistribution lines, the terrain and the complexity of wiring arrangement made thework difficult. The author designed and developed an insulation operation platform. Itis convenient to carry, easy to operate, unlimited by time, space and condition. Theworkers can rise and fall, rotate by the automatic operation. Overhead live workingsafety possesses better social and economic benefit.This thesis analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of power supply anddistribution live working domestic and overseas, designed overhead live workingrotating platform by using the modern design methods and field tests. The main studytasks and contributions of this thesis as follows:(1)According to the actual requirements,the thesis analyzes the specific designrequirements of the altitude charged operation platform, the moving lift parts, therotation of the moving parts of other auxiliary mechanical parts and electrical controlsystem via the theoretical calculation of power load and power. It also put forwardthe concrete design of the precise positioning self-adjusting work charged rotatingplatform mechanical mechanism and the electric control system.(2)Firstly, this thesis adopted the model gear transmission, according to theprecise positioning self-adjusting work charged rotating platform structure, runningparameters, and carried out the platform specific design of rotating parts transmissionsystem according to the calculation of transmission parameters of rotating parts geardrive specific parameters; Secondly, it designed the high altitude live working liftplatform support slider way and connecting parts, adjusting mechanism, baffle; Lastly,it assembled the parts of the charged rotating platform and lift platform machinery. Atthe same time, the lifting platform support components stress distribution wascalculated and analyzed.(3)According to the work charged rotating, lifting mechanical structure andmoving characteristics, this thesis designed a precise positioning self-adjusting workcharged rotating platform electrical control system, used dc motor as driving force source, designed the regulation of dc motor and relay circuit, current detection andprotection circuit, infrared remote control transmitting and receiving circuit. At thesame time, large current relay circuit board installation is adopted, which improvedthe performance of circuit flow resistance and heat resistance.(4) The design carried out the installation and commissioning of the machine,which tested and analyzed the accurate positioning self-adjusting work chargedrotating platform performance, verified the precise positioning of designself-adjusting work.It can achieve the rotating platform high charged, rotateautomatically and it has stable running, simple and flexible operation, which can meetthe demands of the scene.
