In order to implement energy conservation and protecting the environment related laws and regulations and improve the efficiency of energy utilization, improve indoor thermal environment and the construction of a conservation-type harmonious society, According to the People's Republic of industry standard "hot summer and cold winter residential building energy-saving design standards" JGJ134-2001, through research, information and absorbing domestic and foreign, brother of the provincial and municipal standards,regulations and advanced experience,combining the actual situation and practical experience of Hefei, we are promoting energy-saving construction craze.With the development of Hefei economic, the improvement of people's living, the residential building design requirements have become more sophisticated. Meanwhile more and more complex unprecedented architectural design program there, to guarantee the comfort of the room as well as to ensure that energy, a lot of problems can not be solved simply by experience. For example, a reasonable choice of building envelope, selecting the suitable outside shading, as well as the introduction of new technologies such as.This paper combines a multi-layer residential of Hefei and meteorological parameters of the year, through DEST on the wall splitting the heat transfer research. On one hand, through commitment neighboring households equipment of HVAC, change the insulation thickness of splitting wall thickness (that is, to change the household wall heat transfer coefficient), simulated changing of the load; on the other hand, from an economic point of view, an increase of the insulation thickness of the splitting wall of the energy savings relative to investment in the early recovery period, Thus, it reached its economic thickness of the insulation.
