In China,the energy consumption of buildings accounts for about 25%of the total energy consumption.The heat loss caused by key parts of buildings is the main form of building energy consumption.In order to achieve the effect of building energy saving,it is necessary to analyze and improve the design of key parts.In the key parts of the building,the external walls and doors and windows occupy a large proportion of the building energy consumption.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the external walls and doors and windows.The thermal insulation material of building exterior wall was studied and analyzed.After several times of treatment of agricultural waste straw,the thermal insulation board was made by the orthogonal design of three-dimensional quadratic regression,and the physical and mechanical properties of the thermal insulation board were studied and analyzed.The thermal insulation board was made by the combination design of quadratic general rotation to make the thermal insulation board for the thermal insulation board of corn straw.Performance research and analysis.The experimental data were analyzed by DPS software,and the mathematical model of test factors and test indexes was obtained.Referring to the relevant standards of thermal insulation materials,the physical and mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of straw board were comprehensively analyzed.The thermal conductivity is0.03729W/(m.K)when the bulk density is 0.76g/cm~3,the thickness is 11.8cm,the humidity is12.1%and the sizing amount is 12%.A new type of composite wall was studied.Corn straw thermal insulation board was used in the composite wall of building.The orthogonal experiment design was used to arrange the experiment.The thermal insulation performance of different composite wall combinations was studied and analyzed.The composite wall with ideal thermal insulation effect was chosen as the combination of 2 cm cement mortar,20 cm thick hollow wall board,11.8 cm thick straw thermal insulation board and 1 cm thick fireproof coating layer.And select the same combination of external wall except thermal insulation material,and use EPS board as thermal insulation material layer,as a comparative test,we can know that the composite wall using corn straw thermal insulation board has better thermal insulation effect.The study of building doors and windows mainly focuses on the improvement of the connection design between them and walls.The way of installing rear-mounted windows,insulating windows and connecting windows and walls with expansion bolts is adopted to reduce heat loss and ultimately achieve the goal of energy saving.The temperature field of the connecting part between door and window and wall is simulated and analyzed by FLUENT software.Through steady-state and unsteady-state analysis,it can be seen that the improved design has good thermal performance under the premise of standard construction and good thermal insulation performance of insulation material.
