With the rapid development of Chinese construction in recent years, the requirement of big space is increasing, and the application of prestressed concrete frame beams is bound to be more extensive. But due to its characteristics, the dispute over its anti-seismic property is going on all the time, which severely restricts its development and application in anti-seismic area. Although many experiments and theoretic analysis of its anti-seismic property have been made by scholars home and abroad, the study of its anti-seismic capacity and the method of anti-seismic design is rare. Therefore, great theoretical value and decent application value can be achieved if studies are conducted from the respects of its anti-seismic design.With reference to many relevant materials, this paper ,first, makes Push-over analysis of a practical project of Prestressed Concrete Fame Beams; then the paper offers an evaluation of its anti-seismic capacity; Finally the paper ends with suggestions for Anti-seismic Design of Prestressed Concrete Fame Beams to be discussed or referred to for future studiers and designers.
